You can make an appointment, change or cancel an appointment. Initial appointment is paid upfront. All subsequent appointments are paid at the end of the appointment.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee. Please read our cancellation policy.
If you have a mental health plan and this is your first appointment, you must provide it prior to the appointment or bring it to the appointment to be able to claim the medicare rebate.
New clients - A confirmation email will be sent once the appointment is booked. This email includes a link to a form that must be submitted at least 2 days prior to the appointment. Payment for your first appointment is made from the form via Stripe, a secure payment gateway. If the form and payment are not received 2 days prior, your appointment will be cancelled.
