With an accepting, non-judgemental and empathetic approach, we endeavour to instill self-understanding by examining values and beliefs, and gaining insight into how past experiences can impact the present through self-defeating behaviours.
Therapy and coaching do not offer a magic pill or a quick fix. It is is a process that necessitates participation and investment from the client. This process requires altering unhelpful beliefs and thinking styles, and taking risks by engaging in positive behaviours often avoided due to a fear of failure or rejection.
